In Jammu and Kashmir, the Border Security Force (on December 26 morning at Ballard post in Ramgarh sector of Samba district. The firing was to facilitate infiltration attempt by the ultras which was however effectively foiled by alert BSF jawans.The protest was lodged yesterday in a Commandant level flag meeting held at Ramgarh Border Out Post (BOP) in samba district of Jammu Division. According to official sources the Rangers, as usual, denied firing from their side but promised to monitor movement of the ultras.
