In Jammu and Kashmir, a BSF Jawan was martyred in Pakistani Rangers sniper fire along the International Border in Samba sector on Thursday. <br/><br/>BSF sources told AIR that the forces from across the border resorted to firing targeting the BSF patrol party near Mangu Chack Border out Post around 9:30 Thursday morning. <br/><br/>The troops guarding the border retaliated the firing from Pakistan and the exchange of fire lasted for some time. <br/><br/>The injured jawan was brought to GMC hospital in Jammu where he succumbed to injuries.The martyred jawan belonged to District Murshidabad, West Bengal.<br/><br/>
