In Jammu and Kashmir, a BSF Jawan was injured seriously in Pakistani Rangers sniper fire along the International Border in Samba sector on Thursday. <br/><br/>BSF sources told AIR that the forces from across the border resorted to firing targeting the BSF patrol party near Mangu Chack Border out Post around 9:30 Thursday morning. <br/><br/>In the sniper shot the BSF Constable Tapan Mondal was injured seriously. <br/><br/>The troops guarding the border retaliated the unprovoked ceasefire violation from Pakistan and the exchange of fire lasted for some time. The condition of the injured jawan is said to be critical.
