Border Security Force today handed over Commandant R K Bridi to state police in connection with killing of a youth Zahid Farooq at Brain Nisat in Srinagar last month. The Commandant who is accused of ordering his subordinate to shoot at the youth has been handed over to SP East in Srinagar City and will be later produced before the court in the case. <br/>
