In Jammu and Kashmir, the BSF on Monday foiled two infiltration bids by militants along Indo-Pak border in Jammu division. According to a senior BSF Official, two militants tried to enter into Indian territory from Suchetgarh along the International Border in R S Pura sub-sector of Jammu district by trying to cut the barbed fencing. However, alert BSF troops noticed them and fired at them. The militants managed to flee back to Pak territory. Another infiltration bid was also foiled by BSF in Tent Border out post of Kanachak belt of Jammu in the wee hours today. Massive search operations have been launched in the area to ensure that no militant has intruded into Indian territory. Today's infiltration bid was the 11th in past fortnight.
