The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex, which rose by nearly 76 points in opening trade, made a big leap of 215 points upwards and was trading at 18,942 points when reports last came in.The broad-based National Stock Exchange Nifty index was also trading 63 points up at 5,689 points.In the Asian region, Hong Kong's Hang Seng index rose by 0.65 per cent. In the US, the Dow Jones Industrial Average ended 0.45 per cent higher on Wednesday.
