Snapping a six-session losing streak, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange gained 183 points, to 19,380, in opening trade, this morning, on selective buying by funds. The Sensex later briefly slipped into the red, after the November industrial growth numbers disappointed the market. But the benchmark index again recovered, thereafter, to stand 150 points, or 0.8 per cent in the green, at 19,347, a short while ago. The Sensex has lost 1,365 points in the last six trading sessions.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Singapore were trading mixed, today. The US Dow Jones Industrial Average had gained 0.3 per cent in Tuesday's trade.
