Extending its winning streak for the seventh straight session, the Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex gained 138 points at 19,486 in opening trade. This follows sustained capital inflows from foreign funds.This is fresh 32-month high. In a similar fashion, the broad-based National StockExchange's Nifty also spurted by 44 points to 5,839.Brokers attributed the bullish investor sentiment to steady inflows of capital from foreign funds keen to cash in on India's robust economy.All the sectoral indices, led by oil and gas, IT and banking, were trading in positive terrain, registering gains up to 1.22 per cent.Hong Kong's Hang Seng index was up by 0.29 per cent, while Japan's Nikkei shed 0.60 per cent in early trade.
