The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmarkSensex declined by over 88 points to 20,252 in the opening trade today. This follows investors and funds booking profits at prevailing higher levels amid weak trend in Asian region. Stocks of oil and gas, capital goods and realty sectorswere under pressure.Similarly, the wide-based National stock Exchange indexNifty, too, shed 27 points to 6,109 inthe initial morning trade. In the Asian region, the Hong Kong's hang Seng index wasdown 0.23 per cent, while Japanese Nikkei fell by 0.98 percent in the morning trade today.
