The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange lost 175 points, or 0.9 percent, at 18,763 today, in the afternoon trade, a short while ago. The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange shed 58 points, or 1 percent, to trade at 5,689.In other Asian markets, key indices in Hong Kong, China, South Korea and Singapore fell between 0.6 percent and 1 percent in intra-day trade today. Stock market in Japan were closed for a holiday.
