The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark index Sensex on Friday rose by over 60 points in early morning trade. The Sensex was trading at 16771, up by over 75 points when repots last came in. Similarly, the wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty also rose by 22 points to 4,975. Marketmen said after a fall in the previous session that the shares were trading at attractive low levels that led to good buying in fundamentally strong stocks.
