The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange ended with a nominal gain of 3 points, at 17,850, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange also rose 3 points, to 5,415.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore added between 0.2 percent and 1.2 percent.
