It is motivating young and prospective voters to participate in the electoral process and take informed decisions while exercising their franchise. <br />''<br />''The Bengaluru city municipal corporation has registered 15,772 young voters in a week from February 20th to 26th through these clubs. The District Electoral Officer and the Chief Commissioner of BBMP Tushar Giri Nath has tweeted that with the participation of young and active members of the Literacy clubs, the municipal corporation has succeeded in raising the young voters numbers in the electoral roll from a few thousand to nearly one lakh. </span><br />
