Civil Nuclear Cooperation, Afghanistan and British government’s cap on non- EU immigration of skilled labour will be high on agenda of talks when British Prime Minister David Cameron meets Prime Minster Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Thursday. Cameron is on his first state visit to India from today accompanied by a huge delegation of seven Cabinet Ministers, Vice Chancellors and over 50 captains of industries.
