British and Irish PMs hold talks to resolve Northern Ireland political crisis

<br/>The British and Irish Prime Ministers have flown to Northern Ireland to try to resolve a political crisis there. The two most important parties in Northern Ireland Sinn Fein and the Democratic Unionists Party are holding emergency talks on the transfer of policing and judicial powers from London to the power-sharing administration in Belfast.<br/>
