Britain has urged the international community to increase financial support for what he called the eruption of democracy movements across West Asia and North Africa. At a speech in London, British Foreign Secretary William Hague said the death of Osama Bin Laden and the Arab spring could provide a greater advance for human rights and freedom, if backed by international support similar to that given to former communist countries at the end of the cold war.
