The British Foreign Secretary, William Hague has accused Iran of unacceptable behaviour in Afghanistan after international forces seized a shipment of rockets, thought to have been intended for Taliban. Iran said the allegations were baseless. British defence officials say, 48 122-milimetre rockets capable of firing upto around 22 kilometres were seized last month in Nimbuz province bordering Iran. The identifying marks were removed, but Mr. Hague said, detailed technical analysis and the circumstances of the seizure left no doubt that the rockets came from Iran and they were, he said, clearly intended for the Taliban with the capability to kill Afghan and ISAF soldiers from significant range.
