Britain is expelling all remaining Libyan diplomats in London. A spokesman said the move is line with Britain breaking off all relations with Col. Gaddaffi as the Opposition National Transitional Council increasingly took on its role as the government of Libya. A report says the Libyan Charge de Affaires has been summoned to the Foreign Office and told that all Libyan Embassy staff must now leave the country. There are thought to be about 8 diplomats involved. The Foreign Secretary William Hague gave more details at a news conference in London Wednesday morning. Britain has repeatedly said that Libyan leader Col. Gaddaffi must leave power. In the meantime, more and more countries have signaled recognition to the Libyan Opposition, the National Transitional Council, which has its headquarters in Benghazi.
