Britain’s economy emerged from recession in the fourth quarter of last year at a faster pace than previously estimated. Data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said the economy grew 0.4 per cent between October and December in 2009.<br/><br/>This was faster than the previous estimate of 0.3 per cent growth during the quarter. The ONS said the upward revision was due to higher output from services, construction and agriculture.<br/>
