Britain assures cooperation on chopper probe;PM and British counterpart Cameron hold talks in New Delhi

British Prime Minister David Cameron's meeting with Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh is underway in Hyderabad House in New Delhi. Mr Cameron who is on a three day visit to India, arrived in New Delhi today. He will be holding delegation level talks with Dr Singh. Our Correspondent reports that India and UK are likely to sign a cyber security deal. Later in the day, Mr. Cameron will call on the President Pranab Mukherjee.
Yesterday in Mumbai, the British Prime Minister said that India is going to be one of the great success stories of this century and Britain would like to be one of the partners in this story. He also announced that Britain would start same day visa service for investors.

British Prime Minister David Cameron today assured India of all cooperation to probe the allegations of irregularities in the VVIP chopper deal. Speaking to the media after talks with Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh in New Delhi, Mr Cameron said Britian has strong anti-bribery laws and his country will respond to any request for information from India. During the talks, Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh had expressed concern over allegations of unethical practices in the deal. Dr Singh told Cameron that the integrity Pact has been violated in the chopper deal.
