Brigade Commander level flag meeting between India, Pakistan held in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, the Brigade Commander level flag meeting between the Indian Army and Pakistani Army was held at Chakkan-Da-Bagh Cross LoC point in Poonch district today.<br/><br/>In the meeting the volatile situation prevailing along the Line of Control, which has arisen due to the recent unprecedented spurt in incidents of ceasefire violations, were said to have been discussed.<br/><br/>Details of the meeting are yet to come.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent understands that the Indian side, apart from emphasising the need to maintain ceasefire agreement, took up the issue of infiltration of militants from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir with the support of Pakistani Army.<br/><br/>The incidents of shelling and firing by Pakistani troops in twin border districts of Poonch and Rajouri have recently claimed many lives of security troops as well as civilians.
