Five Member nations of the BRICS will soon be able to have regional credit lines in their own countries. A pact to this effect will be signed among the regional banks of these countries at the end of the summit at Sanya.Briefing reports on board the special air craft from New Delhi to Sanya, the union commerce minister Mr. Anand Sharma said that extensive discussions have been held on the issue and the MOU will be signed after the formal entry of South Africa in the grouping. Mr. Annad Sharma said that bilateral economic dialogue is being held between India and China in two months time to further enhance economic engagement. Anand Sharma said there is a vast scope to deepening the trade and economic ties between the two countries. He said issue of Yuan as an international currency is not on the table as there is no proposal from the Chinese side. Such issues are being discussed at the bigger forums. The minister said that the growing trade imbalance with China is a cause of concern and every effort is being made to address this concern. The minister said that China has agreed to open market for Indian Pharma industry and IT sectors .He asserted that there is a huge opportunity for China to make investments in India.
