The Brazilian Minister for Agriculture Wagner Rossi, has resigned amid corruption scandal. He is the fourth Minister to leave office over corruption allegations since President Dilma Rousseff came to office in January. Mr. Rossi is a member of the Democratic Movement party of Brazil, President Roussef's largest ally in the Government.
