Brazil's environment agency has fined the American oil company Chevron more than five million dollars for breach of its environment license when it tackled an oil spill in November. The agency Ibama said Chevron lacked the necessary equipment and was slow to respond fully. The Agency has already fined Chevron 28 million dollars for causing the spill.
