In Rajasthan, the supersonic ballistic missile Brahmos was test fired successfully today at the Pokaran field firing range in Jaisalmer. <br/><br/>It operates on fire and forget principal. The missile has flight range of up to 290 km with supersonic speed all through the flight. Army, Air force officers and defense experts were present on the occasion.
