India's rising shuttler PV Sindhu has entered the semi-finals of the Macau Open Grand Prix Gold Badminton tournament. In the quarter-finals played today, the top-seeded Indian defeated fifth seeded Chan Tsz Ka of Hong Kong in straight games, 21-17, 21-12. Sindhu is the lone Indian left in the tournament. Yesterday, Sayali Gokhale and PC Thulasi bowed out of the women's singles at the pre-quarterfinal stage.
