Both the Houses of Parliament have been adjourned, the Lok Sabha till 3 PM and the Rajya Sabha till 2 PM, to enable members to attend the oath taking ceremony of the President-elect Ram Nath Kovind in the Central Hall of Parliament at 12:15 hours. <br/><br/>
