Both the Houses of Parliament today witnessed uproarious scenes forcing several adjournments even as the Women's reservation bill was moved for consideration in the Rajya Sabha in the midst of unprecedented situation of unruly behavior.<br/>The Law Minister, Mr Veerappa Moily moved the bill to amend the Constitution providing for 33 per cent of seats for women in the Lok Sabha and state legislatures. Even as Mr Moily moved the Bill, some of the members belonging to Samajwadi and RJD were seen trying to uproot the mike on the Chairman, Mohammed Hamid Ansari's table and some of them tore the copies of the Bill creating unprecedented situation.<br/>The Watch and Ward staff had to even prevent the members from climbing on the table to reach the podium after which the house was adjourned till 3 PM. The house was again adjourned till 4 PM when it reassembled. Earlier, the house was adjourned following the RJD and SP members raising pitch over the delay in the implementation of the Ranganath Mishra Commission recommendations on minorities.<br/>The Lok Sabha also witnessed as many adjournments over the women's reservation bill amidst uproarious scenes. Right from the word go, the members belonging to SP and RJD tried to raise pitch over the women's reservation bill demanding that it should be withdrawn as they wanted quota within quota.<br/>The Bill, introduced in Rajya Sabha in July 2008, had been sent to the Standing Committee which had recommended the bill in its original form.<br/>
