Both Houses of Parliament have been adjourned till 12 on demand for a separate Telangana state carved out of Andhra Pradesh. First, the Lok Sabha was adjourned for one hour and the Rajya Sabha first for 15 minutes and then till noon. In the Lok Sabha, members belonging to Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) trooped into the well of the house in support of their demand. Congress members belonging to Telangana Region also were up on their feet. In the Rajya Sabha, BJP members trooped into the well of the house demanding Telangana state, forcing the adjournment of the house till 1117 hrs. Later, the House was adjourned till 12.
