Both the Houses of Parliament have been adjourned till noon. In the Lok Sabha, as soon the House met for the day, opposition led by BJP members trooped into the well of the house demanding the resignation of the Prime minister over the CAG report on coal blocks allocation. Members belonging to AIADMK and DMK also protested against alleged atrocities by the Sri Lankan Navy on Tamil Nadu fishermen. The Speaker Ms Meira Kumar adjourned the House for one hour.
In the Rajya Sabha, several members belonging to NDA shouted slogans against the reported comments on inflation by the Steel Minister Beni Prasad Varma. The Chairman Mohammed Hamid Ansari adjourned the House till noon.
