Both Houses of Andhra Pradesh Legislature are meeting tomorrow to elect Assembly Speaker and Chairman of Legislative Council. Governor E S L Narasimhan has issued notification to this effect. Speaker’s post is vacant ever since N Kiran Kumar Reddy became the Chief Minister in December last year. Deputy Speaker N Manohar, who has been officiating as the Speaker, has quit his post and is all set to become the next Speaker. The main opposition Telugu Desam Party has announced that it will field its candidate for Speaker's Post. The election will take place at 11 am tomorrow.
