The Lok Sabha was adjourned to meet on 5th of March for the second phase of the Budget Session. As soon as the House re-assembled at Noon after its first adjournment, members from Telugu Desam and YSR Congress parties again trooped into the well in support of their demand for Special Status to Andhra Pradesh. <br/><br/>They also demanded that the Centre fulfil its promises made by the Centre at the time of state's bifurcation in 2014. Congress members raised the issue of Rafale fighter aircraft deal demanding to know its cost. Later, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan adjourned the House as noisy scenes continued.<br/><br/>The Rajya Sabha has been adjourned to meet on the 5th of March for the second phase of Budget Session. Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu adjourned the House after the completion of Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's reply on the discussion on Union Budget.
