Both houses adjourned again till 2 over coal block issue

Proceedings in both the Houses of Parliament were disrupted
today as the BJP-led opposition stalled the proceedings demanding resignation of Prime Minister on CAG report on coal block allocation. The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have been adjourned till 2 P.M.

In the Lok Sabha, as soon as the House assembled BJP members supported by AIADMK and TDP members rushed into the well shouting slogans. As the din continued, Speaker Mrs Meira Kumar adjourned the House till 12 noon.

Similar scenes prevailed, when the Lok Sabha reassembled with the BJP led opposition trooped into the well shouting slogans. The House was then adjourned till 2 P.M.

The Rajya Sabha, also witnessed uproarious scenes on the same issue. It was initially adjourned till noon and later for another half an hour till 12.30 P.M with BJP members trooping into the well of the House shouting slogans.

When the House met at 12.30, the scene was no different and it was again adjourned till 2 pm.
