The BJP-led opposition stalled the proceedings of both the Houses of Parliament for the second day on Wednesday on the issue of the CAG's report on coal blocks allocation.
BJP members walked out of a meeting of the Joint Parliamentary Committee, JPC, on 2G spectrum allocation alleging use of foul language by the Congress members.
Talking to reporters, senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha said that some Congress members used unparliamentary language, when his party members demanded that Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and Finance Minister P. Chidambaram appear before the panel.
JPC Chairman PC Chako has, however, denied use of any foul language and said there was no reason for a walkout.
Congress spokesperson and JPC member Manish Tiwari also denied the allegation and said that the BJP's walkout was pre-planned.
