<span style="color: #222222;">The Delhi High Court today said that it was responsibility of both the Central governments and State Govt to make availability of liquid oxygen for the national capital .</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The  court  also  added  that  the allocation plan should be workable.Delhi has been unable to so far pick up its allocated supply from West Bengal and Odisha.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The court earlier said that it had asked the Centre to look at the possibility of reworking the allocations to reduce the transportation of oxygen.</span><br />''  <br />
