British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson summoned the Russian and Iranian ambassadors today to convey his concern over their countries' role in Aleppo, Syria, the Foreign Office said. <br/><br/>Mr Johnson said in a statement in London that both Russia and Iran have failed to uphold their obligations under international humanitarian law. <br/><br/>He said both countries need to ensure the UN now oversees the evacuation process and that all civilians and non-combatants are properly protected.
