Bopanna- Qureshi bow out of ATP Kremlin Cup

Top seeds Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-ul Haq Qureshi have bowed out of the ATP Kremlin Cup hard court tennis tournament. In thequarter-finals in Moscow yesterday, the Indo-Pak pair lost to the unseeded Serbian combination of Janko Tipsaveric and Victor Troicki in straight sets 4-6, 5-7. Bopanna, who is trying to enter the World Tour Finals, was to defend 90 points at this tournament but this defeat means he would get just 45 points. He had reached the semifinals last year withTipsaveric. Bopanna and Qureshi are world number six and have to be in top-eight bracket to make the cut for the Tour finals.
