The Bombay high court today deferred the hearing regarding the demolition of the controversial Adarsh Cooperative Housing Society, in Mumbai to June 27. The High court is hearing a petition filed by Adarsh Society challenging demolition order by the Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF). Earlier, on April 29 the High Court heard the arguments by the Adarsh counsel and deferred the hearing till today.
