Bombay HC asks CBI to conduct good, proper investigation into Adarsh scam

Asserting that everybody should be treated equally before the law, the Bombay High Court today asked CBI to conduct a good, honest and proper investigation into the Adarsh Housing Society scam, and not get bogged down by certain personalities. The division bench of Justices Ranjana Desai and R G Ketkar, after going through the progress report submitted by CBI, said if someone is guilty then action should be taken against him. The court was hearing the petition filed by social activist, Simpreet Singh seeking court's monitoring of the investigations.
