Bombay High Court has sought explanation from the BCCI on the manner in which IPL and BCCI are organizing the T-20 matches in Maharashtra. It also wants to know how BCCI controls the IPL. <br/> <br/>The Court also wanted to know if IPL was a profit making venture and how the tickets are priced. The court’s directives have come in response to a public interest litigation filed by Shiv Sena Leader Subhash Desai.<br/>
