The Bombay High Court has adjourned hearing till July 2 on pleas by former Mumbai CP Param Bir Singh seeking quashing of FIR lodged against him by  Thane Police under the SC/ST prevention of Atrocities Act and challenging preliminary inquiries initiated against him.<br />'' <br />''Maharashtra government's counsel submitted that the state government would continue its earlier statement of no coercive action, including arrest, against Singh till July 3 in the case under the Atrocities Act. <br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The HC also adjourned hearing on plea by senior IPS officer Rashmi Shukla till July 2nd against illegal phone-tapping case, lodged by Mumbai Police.
