The Bombay High Court today adjourned the hearing of Lavasa case till July 27. The case came up before the High Court as the ministry of environment and forests (MoEF's) has accused Lavasa Corporation of violating green norms during its project. Lavasa Lake City is a 25,000-acre project being developed by Hindustan Construction Company near Pune. Lavasa is opposing the current stay order on the construction activity passed by the ministry.
