A bomb like object found at a mall in Mumbai has turned out to be a hoax. Mumbai Police have confirmed that the object found in a dustbin outside Andheri’s Infinity Mall is not an explosive.The object is actually a device used to create smoke in movies.Earlier, on Wednesday afternoon, the mall was evacuated as it was initially suspected that the object could be a bomb. Mumbai Police and the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad were called and the whole area was cordoned off.After a thorough examination, the agencies have given an all-clear to the mall and its surrounding areas.Meanwhile, a team of Anti-Terrorism squad is also present on the spot to investigate the matter.
