In Iraq, at least seven people were killed in two bombs explosions in the city of Ramadi. The officials said that the two bombs which exploded in quick succession occurred yesterday evening. 13 people were also injured in the incident. Ramadi was once a stronghold for the insurgency led by al-Qaeda. Now militant attacks are intermittent. The bombs in Ramadi came amid a flurry of violence across Iraq.
