The Bihar administration today suspended two SHOs of Deo and Dhibra police station of Aurangabad district for dereliction of duty. AIR Patna correspondent reports, the administration has announced an ex gratia of one lakh rupees each to the next of kin of those killed in the bomb explosion at Pachokhar village. Superintendent of Police Vivek Raj Singh said, nine persons, including eight children, were killed and 12 injured when a bomb left by the police in a field for follow up action to defuse it, exploded this morning. The bomb planted by the Maoist was found by the security personnel yesterday during the final phase of Assembly elections. Twelve people, who sustained splinter injuries, were admitted to hospitals in Deo and Aurangabad towns. The condition of five of them is stated to be critical.
