In Afghanistan, there was a small bomb explosion in capital Kabul today in a busy locality where many offices and residence of international organizations are located. There were no casualties but the explosion shattered glasses of few shops and residences nearby.The bomb was placed in a dustbin and may have been exploded by remote control. Police have cordoned off the area and are investigating the incident. Kabul has seen a series of explosions in past few months including the blast outside Indian embassy in which at least 17 people were killed.
