At least ten people were killed on Sundayand nine injured in a bomb blast targeting an army convoy in southern Afghanistan. <br/><br/>Officials said the blast occurred after the convoy had crossed a bridge, under which crowds of people were picnicking to mark the traditional Zoroastrian new year.<br/>
