Manipur Police has foiled a militant's bid to trigger a bomb blast in the state capital Imphal. Police said, they have recovered an IED fitted Maruti Van from Kongba area of Imphal West. Two militants have been arrested in this connection. Police said banned PREPAK (Pro) outfit was behind the incident.
