At least four civilians were killed and more than 10 injured in a bomb attack in northern Afghanistan on Wednesday. According to the Afghan Ministry of Interior Affairs, the incident took place in Dasht-e-Shor area of Mazar-e-Sharif province when a suicide bomber on a bicycle detonated his explosives. AIR Kabul Correspondent reports that Mazar-e-Sharif is one of the seven areas whose security responsibility is likely to be handed over to the Afghan security forces in the first phase of security transition in Afghanistan.”’
