The Bharatiya Janata Party has demanded a probe by Special Investigation Team into the alleged Bofors scam. Targeting the ruling congress party, senior party leader Arun Jaitley said that income tax tribunal has opened up the issue of reported illegal transactions that were in the deal in 1986. He also demanded to reinvestigate the case which he alleged was allegedly mishandled by the Central Bureu of Investigation.
